Arthur Elliott, a lifelong resident of Breezy Point, New York, passed away on January 22, 2024, at the age of 87. He was born on May 25, 1936, and lived his entire life in the close-knit community he cherished.
Arthur was the loving husband of Susan Elliott (nee Robertson) for 35 years, until her passing in 2001. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Their union was blessed with two children, Arthur Elliott Jr. and Stacey Elliott, who brought immeasurable joy to their lives.
Arthur had a deep connection with the sea, and his love for the ocean was a defining aspect of his life. He found solace and tranquility in walking on the beach, feeling the sand beneath his feet, and listening to the rhythmic sound of the waves crashing against the shore. Sailing was another passion that allowed him to harness the power of the wind and navigate the open waters. Arthur also found great pleasure in fishing, spending countless hours casting his line and reveling in the thrill of the catch.
