Donna Norton-Espinoza

Donna Gail Norton-Espinoza, age 43, passed away Wednesday, July 26th, 2023 after a 3 week battle with cancer. Born to Debra Eastman and William “Don” Norton on June 21, 1980.

Donna was always two things: a giver and a fighter. She was very well known for giving shelter, a listening ear, and any kind of advice or help you could imagine to anyone who asked for it. Many saw her as a friend, a second mother, or simply just family. She had a tough go at life, but a positive outlook nonetheless. She fought hard in her last few weeks, thinking only of how her passing would affect those around her.

She left behind her 3 children, Mason Espinoza (23), Xavier Espinoza (22), and Cheyenne Espinoza (21), and husband, Damien Espinoza (43).

She was a daughter, a sister, a mother, a spouse, and a friend to so many. She will be remembered for her infectious laugh, funny personality, and kind heart.

Her family is holding a celebration of life to remember and honor her on Saturday, August 5th from 5pm to 7pm at the VFW post #8866. 573 Sabbath Home Rd SW Supply, NC. There will also be a firework show and lanterns being sent off at the Sunset Harbor boat ramp at 9pm on August 5th as well. Anyone that knew her is welcome to attend.
