John Joseph Barrett Jr

BURGAW - John (Jack) Barrett was born and raised in Fall River, MA Lived an extraordinary life (in almost 50 states) passed peacefully at his home with family love surrounding him.

He served as a Marine in the Corps, doing 1 tour in Viet Nam 1968 - 1969.

Survived by his Wife of 50 years, Charlene Lecomte Barrett, 2 daughters, 1 son (previous marriage) and a total of 9 grandchildren.

He worked as a Deputy US Marshall, later transferred to the Treasury Dept and retired after 30 years at the age of 55.

He was an avid collector and historian who was always proud to share his vast knowledge with friends, family and strangers too.

He always said his life was good, meaningful and adventuress. Fly "High" my friend.
