WILMINGTON -- Malinda Dugan passed away August 18, 2022, surrounded by her loving family, after a brief illness. She is survived by her mom Tracey (Carl), her father Bryan, her aunt and best friend Pam, her brother Andrew, and a couple of short furry kids — Louie and Isabel.
Malinda was born and raised in Rochester, NY and graduated with the class of 1999. Malinda’s next stop in life was Philadelphia, PA where she gained valuable life lessons with her Aunt Pam. Malinda then finally achieved her dream of being by the beach when she moved to Wilmington, NC. As means of survival, Malinda started out by impacting the lives of every CVS customer on the island, and then using what little spare time she had left by filling the bellies of Nollies Customers with tacos and cocktails.
If you were fortunate enough to know Malinda, you know she was one of the kindest, funniest, and most down-to-earth people you could ever meet.
Come celebrate Malinda’s life with us this Sunday, August 21, 2022, as a bar crawl will be held in her honor. We will meet at Nollies at 12PM. Then head to Sea Witch, Beach Bum, PIT, Lazy Pirate, The Dive, The Last Resort The last stop will have raffles, 50/50s, food for donations, and live music!
