Today, we mourn the passing of an amazing woman, Mary Scoggins, born on January 25, 1933 in Braden County, North Carolina. Mary passed away peacefully on June 7, 2023 in New Hanover County, North Carolina.
Mary was an amazing mother to her children – Pandora S Lowery, Harry Storms Jr., Joseph Scoggins, and Phillip Scoggins. She was a dedicated mother who always encouraged her children to love and be kind to everyone.
She was a loving grandmother to her grandchildren, Laura Powell (Jeff), Chad Lowery, Michael Lowery, Emily Willis (Garrett), Savanna Perrotta (Tony), and Cailyn Scoggins.
Mary was a woman of many talents. She had a passion for art, fashion, and decorating. She loved music and had a beautiful voice when singing.
Mary was a beloved member of the community and will be greatly missed. She was a kind and generous woman who always put others before herself. She was a friend to many and will be remembered for her warm and loving spirit.
