Maureen Walsh, 58, of Lakeville, MA, passed away suddenly at her home in Wilmington, NC.
Born in Boston, MA. She was the daughter of the late John P. Walsh and Theresa P. Walsh.
She was a person of many talents who enjoyed writing, yoga, spin class, and spending time with her friends and family. She spent the past several years working in the entertainment industry and was well known in the New England Film community. She was also a member of SAG/AFTRA, Screen Actors Guild and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. She was the author of the novel Parallel. She was also a Real estate broker associate at Coldwell Banker for many years.
She was a beloved and free-spirited person who always found a way to chase her dreams and ambitions. She was very independent and loved to travel and meet new people.
She is survived by her daughter Courtney Dolbeare-Wilgren and her husband Joe Dolbeare-Wilgren, grandson Mason Dolbeare, sisters Kathleen Litchfield and husband Doug Litchfield, Terri Walsh, brother Patrick Walsh, and many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
