It is with deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful passing of Shizuko Tokue Halkyard on May 13, 2024. She was born on November 5, 1925, in Japan, and spent her final moments at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Wilmington, NC.
Shizuko's life was rich with experiences and her spirit touched everyone she met. Her love, wisdom, and warmth will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
